Professional Accomplishments: 2014 Clinical Instructor of the Year by the Texas Consortium of Physical Therapy Educators, Advisory Board member for Tarrant County College Physical Therapist Assistant program, Clinical instructor for multiple doctoral physical therapy programs in Texas, Illinois, and Virginia,
Clinical Interests: Dr. Judd enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions with special interest in sports injuries, neck pain, headaches, TMJ (jaw) pain, post-concussion rehab, and vestibular rehab.

Specialized Treatments Provided: Dr. Judd has undergone extensive training in a variety of specialized techniques to achieve optimal result for his patients, including: Spinal Manipulation Therapy (SMT - training provided through American Academy of Manipulative Therapy), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Trigger-point Dry-Needling (TpDN - training provided through American Academy of Manipulative Therapy).

Clinical Interests:  Musculoskeletal injuries, Sports/Swimming injuries, and Lymphedema.

Professional Accomplishments:  Completed research for "Early Mobilization of Extensor Tendon Lacerations in Zones III & IV" in 1990 and presented at National Conference Scientific Session in 1991, 

Served on Board of Directors for the American Society of Hand Therapists and the Texas Society of Hand Therapist,  Served as President, Education Chair. and Board Member at Large for the Texas Society of Hand Therapists,  Served as committee member for Hand Therapy Recertification Commission and as item writer for the Hand Therapy Certification Exam;  Founder of the DFW Hand Therapy Interest Group,  Speaker at TOTA, AOTA, TSHT, and ASHT educational meetings.  Active member of AOTA, TOTA, ASHT, TSHT, and DFW Hand Therapy Journal Club.
Personal Interests: 
Running, sewing, reading, singing, repeat missionary to Bo, Sierra Leone Africa. Involved in church choir, teaching Sunday School, Youth sponsor, Board of Trustees, Missions Committee.  Started the Run for Rescue 5k and 1 mile even in 2010 and direct the Support-a-Child program for the Child Rescue Center in Sierra Leone.

Dr. Kelsey Birk, PT, DPT

Dr. Natalie Droogsma, PT, DPT


Education: Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, Minor in Business Administration both from Baylor University. Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

Clinical Interests: Natalie enjoys rehabbing all patients, but particularly enjoys athletes returning to sports and joint replacements. 

Personal Interests: Outside of the clinic, Natalie enjoys bike riding, jogging, running her side business, cooking with her husband, and playing tickle monster with her three children.
