Professional Accomplishments: 2014 Clinical Instructor of the Year by the Texas Consortium of Physical Therapy Educators, Advisory Board member for Tarrant County College Physical Therapist Assistant program, Clinical instructor for multiple doctoral physical therapy programs in Texas, Illinois, and Virginia,
Clinical Interests: Dr. Judd enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions with special interest in sports injuries, neck pain, headaches, TMJ (jaw) pain, post-concussion rehab, and vestibular rehab.

Specialized Treatments Provided: Dr. Judd has undergone extensive training in a variety of specialized techniques to achieve optimal result for his patients, including: Spinal Manipulation Therapy (SMT - training provided through American Academy of Manipulative Therapy), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Trigger-point Dry-Needling (TpDN - training provided through American Academy of Manipulative Therapy

Personal Interests: When not working, Dr. Judd enjoys coaching/playing volleyball and spending time with

his wife and their four children.


Dr. Randy Hasik, PT, DPT, CLT

Certifications: Certified in Lymphedema Therapy (CLT)

Clinical Interests: Musculoskeletal injuries, Sports/Swimming injuries, and Lymphedema.

Stacey Seifert, PT, MSPT, CWS


Title: Physical Therapist

Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Anthropology from Baylor University.

Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University

Professional Accomplishments: Earned the designation as Certified Wound Specialist in 2009; Implemented and lead the inpatient and outpatient orthopedic team at a large hospital corporation. This program was awarded Disease Specific Certification by the Joint Commission for Spine Care, Total Shoulder, Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.

Clinical Interests: Musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, balance/coordination disabilities and high level neurological diagnoses.

Personal Interests: Has completed 4 full marathons, multiple half marathons and various triathlons. Enjoys staying fit and spending time with family.

Dr. Natalie Droogsma, PT, DPT

Title: Physical Therapist

Education: Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, Minor in Business Administration both from Baylor University. Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

Clinical Interests: Natalie enjoys rehabbing all patients, but particularly enjoys athletes returning to sports and joint replacements.

Personal Interests: Outside of the clinic, Natalie enjoys bike riding, jogging, running her side business, cooking with her husband, and playing tickle monster with her three children.



Dr. Kirstein Womack, PT, DPT


Title: Physical Therapist

Education: Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Athletic Training at Oklahoma State University, Doctor of Physical Therapy at University of North Texas Health Science Center
Clinical Interests: Kirstein participated in competitive cheerleading for 11 years and has a special interest in treating  those with injuries relating to this. Additional interests include:
dance/gymnastics and general musculoskeletal injuries. 
Personal Interests: Visiting family in Oklahoma, scrapbooking, going to Camp Gladiator, spending time with friends, and exploring new sights and restaurants.


Dr. Kaitlyn Taylor, PT, DPT

Dr. Nicki Diamond, PT, DPT

Clinical Interests: Nicki enjoys rehabilitating sports injuries and has experience treating youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Additional interests include musculoskeletal injuries and joint replacements, throwing athletes and baseball/softball players.

Personal Interests: Outside of the clinic, Nicki likes to spend time outdoors, watch movies, travel, cheer on her favorite sports teams, and spend time with family and friends.

Dr. Mary-Margaret Tabor, PT, DPT


Title:  Physical Therapist

Education: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Harding University, Doctor of Physical Therapy at Baylor University

Clinical Interests: By participating in competitive soccer through the collegiate level it has given her  special interest in treating injuries related to this. Additionally interested in sports injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, and joint replacement.

Personal Interests: In Mary-Margaret's free time she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Landon, and dog, Marley. She likes to exercise, visit family and cheer on her favorite sports teams.



Karen Roeming, OT, MA, CHT 
  
Title: Director of Occupational Therapy / Certified Hand Therapist
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Therapy from the University of Missouri in Columbia,  
Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University.  
 
Professional Accomplishments:  Completed research for "Early Mobilization of Extensor Tendon 
Lacerations in Zones III & IV" in 1990 and presented at National Conference Scientific Session in 1991. 
Served on the Board of Directors and Annual Conference Committee for the American Society of 
Hand Therapists. Served as President and Education Chair for the Texas Society of Hand Therapists. 
Served as board member for Hand Therapy Recertification Commission and as item writer for the 
Hand Therapy Certification Exam. She was the co-founder of the DFW Hand Therapy Society. She 
has been a speaker at national, state and local Hand Therapy Society and Occupational Therapy 
educational meetings. 
Personal Interests: Karen enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking, camping, reading 
and gardening. She enjoys church activities especially local, national and international service. She is a 
repeat missioner to Bo, Sierra Leone Africa. She started the Run for Rescue 5k and 1 mile event in 
2010 and directed the Sponsor-a-Child program for the Child Rescue Center in Sierra Leone, Africa.

Caty Elder, OT, MA

Education:  Master's in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University (Dallas)

Clinical Interests:  Musculoskeletal injuries, fractures, and shoulder injuries. She is currently completing a Certification for Manual Therapy of the Upper Quadrant through NAIOMT and has a goal to become a Certified Hand Therapist.
Personal Interests:  Outside of the clinic, Caty enjoys doing yoga, taking her miniature dachshund Pete on walks, cooking and baking with her husband, spending time with family and friends, embroidery, and traveling.


Kim Chiappetta, MS, OTR, CHT


Title: Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist 

Education:  Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hanover College, Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis.

Clinical Interests and Professional Accomplishments:  Kim enjoys treating all types of upper extremity orthopedic conditions and has a special interest in fractures and Thumb CMC arthritis.  She is a contributing author to the Diagnosis and Treatment Manual for Physicians and Therapists (4th /5th Editions).  

Personal Interests: Family time, hiking, reading, working out and having her schnauzer, Heinz, take her to weekly training sessions.


Kandy Kobar, OTR, MOT, CHT 

Title: occupational therapist/certified hand therapist, semi-retired 

Education: Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Western Michigan University in 

Kalamazoo Michigan, Master of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s 

University in Denton, Texas. 

Professional accomplishments: Served on the board of the Texas Chapter of the 

American Society of Hand Therapists. Served on conference committees for the 

annual educational conference of The Texas Chapter of ASHT and The Texas 

Society for Hand Therapy. Active member of ASHT, TSHT, and the DFW Hand 

Therapy Society. 

Clinical Interests: Fractures, tendon and nerve injuries, ergonomics. 

Personal Interests: Travel, hiking, cooking, gardening, dancing,spending time with 

family, and friends, volunteering at church, reading, and watching movies.

Personal Interest: She enjoys volunteering, crafting and spending time with her son and daughter, Cyan and Jason Jr. and newly granddaughter, Aspyn. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jason.
